Defiant Garage Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
At Defiant Garage, we want every customer to feel confident when ordering automotive parts, accessories, lighting, apparel, and related products from our store. We understand that returns, exchanges, and warranty concerns may happen, and our goal is to handle each request fairly, clearly, and efficiently.
30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unused, unworn, uninstalled, unmodified, with any tags, accessories, manuals, hardware, and original packaging included. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns sent back without first contacting Defiant Garage and receiving approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. When applicable, we may provide a return shipping label.
Damages, Defects, and Order Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help make it right.
For damage or defect claims, we may request clear photos, videos, troubleshooting steps, packaging photos, and any other documentation needed to properly evaluate the issue.
Please do not install, modify, discard, repair, or destroy the item or packaging before contacting us. Doing so may limit our ability to approve a refund, replacement, exchange, or claim.
Defective Item Review Process
Before an item is confirmed as defective, we may ask you to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps. This is especially important for categories such as electrical components, lighting products, performance accessories, mechanical parts, and items that require installation.
If a product is approved for defective return review, a return label may be provided. Once the item is received, Defiant Garage or the supplier may inspect and test the item based on the issue reported.

If the item is inspected and found not to be defective, the return may be treated as a non-defective return. In that case, original shipping costs are non-refundable, return shipping may be deducted from the refund, and a processing or restocking fee may apply.
Fitment, Sizing, and Compatibility Issues
Automotive parts and accessories may vary based on year, make, model, trim, region, installation method, and vehicle condition. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, fitment notes, measurements, compatibility information, and installation requirements before purchasing.
If you believe an item has a fitment or compatibility issue, please contact us with photos, videos, vehicle details, and a description of the issue. We may ask for additional documentation to determine whether the issue is due to the product, vehicle variation, installation, or incorrect ordering.
If the item is confirmed to have a product-related fitment issue, we may offer a replacement, partial replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
If the item is found to have no product-related fitment issue, the return may be treated as a non-defective return and may be subject to return shipping costs, supplier fees, and a processing or restocking fee.
Defiant Garage is not responsible for installation costs, labor charges, paint work, customization, shop fees, diagnostic fees, downtime, or any other third-party costs related to installation, removal, troubleshooting, or use of a product.
Non-Defective Returns
For approved non-defective returns, the item must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories.
Non-defective returns may be subject to a processing or restocking fee of 25%. The fee may vary depending on the item category, supplier requirements, condition of the returned item, and return reason.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise approved by Defiant Garage.
If an item is returned used, installed, modified, damaged, missing parts, missing packaging, or not in resellable condition, the return may be denied, partially refunded, or issued as store credit at Defiant Garage’s discretion.
If the returned item is broken, damaged, altered, or not sellable, no refund may be issued.
Exchanges
We may accept exchanges on eligible items that are unused, uninstalled, unmodified, undamaged, and in original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless the exchange is due to a confirmed Defiant Garage or supplier error.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item once approved, then place a new order for the replacement item.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before processing, fulfillment, supplier submission, manufacturing, customization, or shipment begins which is 3 business days from order placement.
Some automotive parts, specialty items, supplier-direct items, oversized items, freight items, made-to-order items, custom items, and special-order items cannot be cancelled once processing has started.
If an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process if eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

Warranty and Replacement Support
Some items may include a manufacturer, supplier, or Defiant Garage-supported warranty. Warranty coverage varies by product category and supplier.
Warranty support generally applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

For warranty or replacement review, we may require photos, videos, troubleshooting documentation, proof of purchase, and the return of the original item or defective component.
Replacement availability may depend on inventory, supplier stock, production timelines, or shipping availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
