Cancellation Policy

At Defiant Garage, we aim to process and ship orders quickly so you can receive your parts without delay. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order:

General Orders

• Orders may be cancelled within 3 business days of purchase.

• After 3 business days, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.

Automotive Body Parts

• Orders for any automotive body part (including body kits, spoilers, diffusers, lips, wings, and similar items) cannot be cancelled after 3 business days.

• These parts are made to order and commissioned specifically for you. As such, they cannot be cancelled due to extended delivery times, manufacturing lead times, shipping delays, or customs inspections.

Pre-Orders

• Pre-orders can be cancelled up until 7 calendar days before the scheduled shipping date.

• Once within 7 days of shipping, pre-orders cannot be cancelled, but standard return policies may apply after delivery.

Subscriptions

• If your order includes a subscription product, you may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through the links provided in your order confirmation email.

• Please note that already-processed subscription shipments cannot be cancelled.

Important Notes

• Automotive parts are manufactured on a custom, made-to-order basis. This ensures you receive the correct product for your vehicle, but it also means cancellation flexibility is limited once production has started.

• By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please make sure you review product details and estimated shipping timelines carefully before completing your purchase.
